We are so excited to welcome Yi-an to the ReadMe team as our first Support Engineer! He’ll be the point of contact to get you up and running on ReadMe. We loved him as soon as we met him, and we’re sure you will too.
Yi-an was born in New York, moved to California when he was one, and has been living in the bay area ever since. He’s a die-hard Giants fan, and was “seriously disappointed when they lost in 2002”. Thankfully, things have been turning around for the Giants and Yi-an will be able to officially join the fan scene now that he’s in SF. He also enjoys snowboarding, is “pro-status” at badminton (apparently pro badminton doesn’t exist…) and loves to travel. You can send him a friendly welcome on Twitter @yiantseng.
